Canada’s Top Chefs Cooking With Karisma

Following a sold-out winter season featuring notable Canadian chefs such as Chef Jonathan Gushue and Chef Todd Perrin, Karisma Hotels & Resorts has announced the remaining nine chefs in “The 2015 Canadian Beef Culinary Series by Karisma.”

The Canadian Beef Culinary Series by Karisma, established in 2014, is a partnership between El Dorado Spa Resorts & Hotels, by Karisma, Canadian Beef, and Air Canada Vacations that delivers a Gourmet Inclusive Experience featuring exceptional service, culinary delights, Canada’s top chefs and wines by Jackson Family Wines.

The Canadian Beef Culinary Series by Karisma takes place the second week of each month when guest chefs work with the Karisma Hotels & Resorts team of restaurant-trained chefs and sommeliers to provide guests with a special culinary schedule, including cooking classes, tastings, education classes, special pairing menus and an exclusive Guest Chef Gala Dinner complemented with pairings from Jackson Family Wines.

World-renowned chef participants hailing from cities across Canada include: April 13-17: Chef Rene Rodriguez of Ottawa; May 11-15: Chef Dave Bohati of Calgary; June 8-12: Chef Hayden Johnston of Toronto; July 13-17: Chef Eric Palamino of Toronto; Aug. 10-14: Chef Brook Kavanaugh of Toronto; Sept. 14-18: Chef Jonathan Goodyear of Toronto; Oct. 12-16: Chef Danny Smiles of Montreal; Nov. 9-13: Chef Paul Rogalski of Calgary; and Dec. 14-18: Special Guest Chef.

Offered exclusively at Karisma Hotels & Resorts, guests are invited to discover The Canadian Beef Culinary Series by Karisma at an additional cost of $300 for the week-long program at El Dorado Royale; a la carte rates for wines and ad hoc wine and culinary experiences at the entire collection of Karisma Hotels & Resorts start at $35.
