IATA Urges States To Follow WHO Guidance On Borders
IATA is calling on states to follow new guidance on travel from the World Health Organization (WHO). That guidance recommends a “risk-based approach” to implementing measures related to COVID-19 and international travel. Porter Airlines is extending its service to destinations throughout North America with the introduction of up to 80 state-of-the-art, fuel-efficient Embraer E195-E2 aircraft into its fleet. Air Canada has launched the Coast-to-Coast Flight Pass, a prepaid package of one-way flights – which is available for purchase until July 27, 2021. Flight Pass packages available for purchase include four, eight or twenty credit passes valid for one, two or five travellers, respectively. The pass is good for travel until July 27, 2022; and with Flight Pass, travellers are able to book, change, or cancel up to one hour prior to departure.
