Etihad Airways has reported a net profit of US$42 million in 2012 -- that's up 200% on 2011 (US$14 million) -- in a year which saw strong improvements in revenues, passengers numbers and cost control. Icelandair will resume flights from Toronto starting March 8 with four flights a week, increasing to daily service through the spring of 2014. Due to an improved Canada-Iceland Air Service Agreement, Icelandair will also begin year-round service from Toronto in 2014.
