Princess Cruises has announced that Jan Swartz has been promoted to president of Princess Cruises, effective Dec. 1. Reporting to Holland America Group CEO Stein Kruse, Swartz will oversee the Princess line’s worldwide operations, which includes 17 ships, 22,000 employees serving more than 1.4 million passengers annually with sales, marketing and operational efforts in over 60 countries around the world.
