Kicking Horse Mountain Resort has announced a new via ferrata climbing attraction, scheduled to open this summer.
Via ferrata is Italian for “iron road” and is a fixed-route climb along a series of cables, ladders and bridges. Climbers are clipped in for safety, giving amateurs an experience normally reserved for pros.
