CATHAY SAYS ‘I CAN FLY’

Cathay Pacific has introduced “I Can Fly” Toronto, Fall 2013, a program that offers Grade 11 and 12 high school students the opportunity to step behind the scenes of commercial aviation and explore various careers in this industry. The airline provides an eight-week Academy that meets once a week to help students explore various careers in aviation. Through a series of field trips, lectures and hands-on exercises, participants will learn everything about aviation from engineering to inflight catering, and even meet real pilots and flight attendants. The program is provided free of charge to Grade 11 and 12 high school students in the Greater Toronto Area. Applications are being accepted now.
