Ferrin And Younes Leave ACV

Changes are afoot at Air Canada Vacations (ACV) with the departure of both Eamonn Ferrin and Amr Younes.

In a statement confirming that Ferrin and Younes have left the company, ACV said:

“Yesterday, the company confirmed that Eamonn Ferrin, president and COO, and Amr Younes, vice-president, sales, have elected to leave the organization to pursue other projects. We are currently working through these changes and will advise in due course when we have more to say, however we do not have any other comments at this time.”

Ferrin has been ACV’s president and chief operating officer since April of 2013, and was well known in the Canadian travel trade from a previous stint with MyTravel Canada as its president and COO.

Younes joined ACV in June of 2014 and has been the tour company’s vice-president of sales since December 2014. Previously, he was with Thomas Cook as the vice-president of Encore Cruises.
