Club Med Brings The Sun To Alberta

Club Med has an offer for Albertan travellers looking to escape to the sun.

Until Nov. 13, Albertans can book their winter vacations at Club Med’s Cancun Yucatan resort in Mexico, for departures until Dec. 12 and take advantage of rates from $1,699, per adult, for seven nights, direct flights included.

Select travel dates are also available through July 2, 2021.

Club Med has put into place a range of security and flexibility measures so that you can truly unwind on your next trip and limited resort capacity ensures everyone can social distance safely:

• Free Cancellation Policy: For all stays up to and including July 2, 2021, booked by December 31, 2020, Club Med clients can cancel their booking for free up to 15 days prior to departure (and 61 days instead of 91 days for stays during blackout dates). They will receive a full refund (including air) of their stay in the payment method used for the reservation.
• Safe Together: Across resorts worldwide, Club Med has implemented reinforced health and hygiene protocols to ensure that all guests can enjoy their stay with complete peace of mind. These include protective face coverings for staff, hand sanitizer available throughout the resort, deep cleaning and frequent sanitizing of surfaces and facilities, social distancing, capped resort capacity, temperature checks on arrival and periodically during the stay as well as doctor or nursing staff available 24/7 in the resort.
• Emergency Assistance Program: Club Med has enhanced its Emergency Assistance Program to provide all guests with coverage for emergency medical expenses during their stay, including those related to COVID-19. The Emergency Assistance Program covers all guests travelling before April 30, 2021.
• Low Density: With an average area of 50 acres, Club Med Villages offer Canadians the opportunity to stay safe in large outdoor spaces with a capped capacity in resorts, an ideal setting for social distancing.
