Club Med has launched a new agent loyalty program, offering enhanced benefits for its travel partners.
The Great Agents Loyalty Program offers more opportunities for Turquoise, Silver, Gold and Platinum Great Agents to redeem various rewards for points earned. Under the program, agents will receive one point for each dollar sold; more sales equals more points, and more rewards.
“We are committed to reward our valued travel partners for their efforts, and have taken into consideration their comments to build a new rewards program inspired by them,” said Jacinda Lowry, national sales director, Club Med Canada. “It is important to us that travel agents live the unique Club Med experience, in order to sell it to their clients. And this new Great Agents program is just the ticket.”
Agents can redeem their points for free nights at Club Med resorts in North America (6,000 points equals one free night). Silver, Gold and Platinum agents will also get a room upgrade. Great Agents also benefit from the Great Members loyalty program as clients when they travel to a Club Med resort – another opportunity to fully enjoy their Club Med escape, relax and let go.
Agents will continue to receive year-round personalized support and marketing resources designed to help their businesses grow, including 24/7 access to a dedicated travel agent portal, customizable marketing collateral, direct access to a local business development manager, and more.
As an added incentive, Club Med has introduced the 2018 Great Agents sweepstakes. Great Agents will automatically be entered for the chance to win 100,000 extra bonus points. Earn one entry for every 10,000 points collected.
