Dominic Daly has been convicted of three counts of operating as a travel agent without registration, contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Travel Industry Act, 2002 (the Act).

Daly operated in Toronto.

The Court fined Daly a total amount, including Victim Fine Surcharge, of $3,000. In addition to the fine, the Court Ordered Daly to pay Restitution of $3,881 and placed him on probation for two years. Finally, prior to the Court proceeding Daly also repaid $835 to a consumer.
