Crystal Enhances Elite Partner Program
Crystal has unveiled an enhanced rewards program for travel professionals, with added benefits – including increased commissions – for top agents selling the line’s Ocean, River and Yacht Expedition experiences.
The Elite Partner Program is open to all agents with qualifying revenue and includes tiered incentivized levels that increase commissions and add valuable resources and complimentary travel rewards with increased sales. New for 2018 are customized direct marketing campaigns and confirmation of complimentary earned voyages up to 60 days prior to voyage departure date for qualifying agents.
In addition to the post-sales rewards, Crystal offers a dedicated team of Strategic Business Development Managers (SBDMs) to assist agents as they aim to grow their luxury business, and will soon introduce an online Partner Resource Center and expanded Travel Agent University to support agents in serving their clientele.

Along with increased commissions to accompany increased sales, the Elite Partner Program qualifies agents for “Bronze,” “Silver,” “Gold” or “Diamond” Elite recognition, with Diamond tier agents earning participation in Crystal’s annual sales gala celebration. Top agents will also have access to the Elite Partner Desk – formerly the Platinum Desk – a dedicated phone resource supported by Crystal’s most experienced specialists. Agents can also earn direct mail marketing campaigns customized for their clientele, complimentary voyages for two and special rates on additional Crystal travel experiences.
