Emblazoned with Cuba Cruise’s signature flowers, the Louis Cristal departed Greece Nov. 24 for its cross-Atlantic sailing, stopping in the Canary Islands and Barbados before it begins its inaugural season in Cuba. Cuba Cruise’s seven-night circumnavigation sailings run Dec. 16 to March 24, 2014 and provide passengers with an up-close experience of Cuba and its culture. The contemporary cruise ship has a yacht-like modern design and a cruising speed of 18 knots. The cruises around Cuba depart from either Havana or Montego Bay, with a lead-in price of $586.
