Cunard introduces Cunard CompleteAir program

Cunard Line is getting set to launch Cunard CompleteAir, an online flight booking tool designed for travel agents. Debuting Aug. 15, the program will provide competitive, real-time-pricing for flights available at voyage booking, and will track availability for flight schedules that work with the voyage itinerary. Cunard CompleteAir features include immediate confirmations on preferred airlines, routes and flight times, as well as booking flexibility between approximately 320 days and four days prior to travel. Travellers may also view flights in their Voyage Personaliser, and experience peace of mind with Next Port Protection, a service that routes guests to the next appropriate port of call in the event of a flight delay or cancellation – at no additional air-cost. According to officials, Cunard CompleteAir offers both Flexible fares and Restricted fares. Flexible fares allow guests to cancel or easily change flight arrangements at no charge for a fully refundable ticket until 45 days prior to departure. Restricted fares, more economically priced than Flexible fares, are better suited for guests with firm travel plans and are non-changeable and non-refundable. In addition, agents will have the ability to book one-way flights for transatlantic crossing. Cunard CompleteAir is accessible to agents via POLAR Online and general reservations. Agents using a GDS reservations system can book the cruise via the GDS system and then add Cunard CompleteAir through either Polar Online or by calling 1-800-528-6273.
