CWT PICKS ANDERSEN

Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) has picked Patrick Andersen as its new president, Americas. Andersen is currently executive vice-president UK & Ireland, Nordic and Eastern Europe for CWT.
His appointment is effective immediately and he will report to Douglas Anderson, CWT president and CEO. Andersen will be based in CWT\’s U.S. headquarters in Minneapolis.
He joined CWT in 2008 as country manager Denmark. In 2009 he became executive vice-president for Denmark and Sweden. Responsibilities for Finland and later Eastern Europe were added in 2011. In February 2012, Andersen was appointed to his current role of executive vice-president UK & Ireland, Nordic and Eastern Europe.
Commenting on his appointment, Andersen said: \”I am delighted to be joining the Americas Leadership Team. I look forward to working with my new colleagues across the region as we strive to build on a legacy of strong performance and take our business to the next level.\”
