Grand Cayman’s all-inclusive diving resort, Cobalt Coast Resort and Suites, has been acquired by JEM Holdings Ltd.

JEM Holdings is the owner and operator of Reef Divers valet diving, Little Cayman Beach Resort, and Cayman Brac Beach Resort.
