The new Splash Premium Concierge Ocean View in-room amenities feature free WiFi, a family welcome pack and daily themed amenity, a personalized premium bar and nightly turndown service. Families also receive a free round of paintball at the resort’s Zone course, preferred à la carte dinner seating, reserved tables for alfresco dining and entertainment on Caribbean and Country & Western nights and an invitation to the CocoLand Pirate’s Night dinner.
Upon arrival, guests are met for a private check-in and escorted on a private resort and CocoLand Kidz Klub orientation. The dedicated concierge will be on-hand to assist guests with services such as vacation planning, dinner reservations, tour bookings, and spa appointments to arranging check outs and airport transportation.
