Crane Resorts, Barbados’ luxury developer of the historic Crane Resort and Beach Houses, is nearing the completion of Phase One of The Crane Private Residences, a luxury gated residential community within The Crane.
The first of five Private Residences buildings is slated to open by the end of 2016, giving owners access to its 16 contemporary condo-style units, which offer full use of all the resort’s amenities and services.
Spread over five acres, The Crane Private Residences will consist of five residential buildings that comprise of two-bedroom (1,916 sq. ft.) and three-bedroom (3,619 sq. ft.) units, each which feature finishes that complement The Crane Resort’s signature use of coral stone. All units are complete with a kitchen, natural stone bathrooms with soaker tubs and glass showers, and private patios. Ground floor residences each have a private pool and garden, while penthouse units include a private roof terrace, a dining gazebo adjacent to a swimming pool and coastal views. The Crane Private Residences also include underground parking and an elevator service leading directly into the foyer of each residence, a rarity for Caribbean properties.
Private Residence owners and their families will enjoy the luxury and tranquility afforded by The Crane. They can relax on Crane Beach; dine at one of five on-site restaurants serving local and international cuisine; and get pampered at the Serenity Spa, while kids can spend the day at play in the Calypso Kids Club.
Phase One of the Private Residences is sold out. Phase Two, slated for completion in December 2017, has 10 remaining units for sale.
