On Sept. 22, Mexican fashion designer Alejandro Carlín will debut his new beach collection at Mexico’s AAA Five Diamond Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit.
The runway show kicks off a two-week pop-up shop of his designs at the resort that will include garments for sale from the collection, sketches and an exhibit on his work. From First Lady of Mexico Angélica Rivera, Eva Longoria and Paulina Rubio to Karolina Kurkova and Paris Hilton, Carlín has dressed celebrities nationally and abroad. The Carlin Pop-Up Shop will be located in the Boutique at Grand Velas which also features other leading Mexican designers.
Available for purchase, Carlín’s garments will be on display through Oct. 4. Carlin’s runway show will be open to resort guests complimentary. Nightly rates start at $333 p.p. per night, based on double occupancy.
