Know Your City (KYC) is a non-profit organization in Portland whose mission is to connect people to places.

KYC has added three new walking tours (Multicultural Portland, Portland 101 and DIY PDX) that explore the significant political and cultural factors that made Portland the city it is today.

Know Your City also offers private group tours as well as contracted tours, and encourages self-guided tours via the PDX Social History Guide, a free smartphone app that features tales of Portland’s cultural heritage by leading historians.
