Priority on local menu at Travaasa Handa


Dining in Hana on Maui has reached new culinary heights as Travaasa Hana, Maui has debuted its new signature restaurant, The Preserve Kitchen + Bar, as a final phase of a property-wide restoration project.

Executive chef Jason Johnson has created distinct ocean/farm-to-table menu experiences for guests of the restaurant’s lounge and dining room, incorporating high-quality ingredients sourced from the bounty of Hana first, plus the rest of Maui and the other Hawaiian Islands.

The Preserve features two “locavore” menus and experiences – one for the resort’s main dining room and a second for its adjacent lounge. The menu reflects gourmet seasonal fare and Hawaii’s cultural diversity.
