On Nov. 25, 26 and 27, Le Germain Hotel Charlevoix near Quebec City will welcome chefs as part of a festive gastronomic event: Michele Forgione and Stefano Faita from Impasto Restaurant in Montreal, and Basilio Pesce from Cheese Boutique in Toronto.
Guests attending the event will have the opportunity to cook alongside them, sit down to a feast and enjoy the best that the hotel and the region have to offer.
The À Table! event is a celebration of culinary delights created especially for foodies. The stay includes an Italian cooking class, a visit to local food producers in the Charlevoix region, a helicopter tour of the area and an Italian feast prepared by the guest chefs, along with Sylvain Dervieux, head chef at the hotel’s Les Labours and Le Bercail Restaurants. The event will be topped off with a Sunday brunch attended by all the participants and, the chefs.
During their stay, guests will also have the opportunity to stretch their legs in the region’s great outdoors and enjoy the Thermal Experience at Spa du Verger, located on the hotel site. The À table! weekend starts from $980.
