A year-long epicurean journey showcasing Hawaii’s extraordinary seafood scene reaches its final destination on Dec. 16 and 17 with a collaboration dinner and a one-of-a-kind holiday farmer’s market at The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort.

Fanta-Sea, the brainchild of executive chef Colin Hazama, debuted in February with a partnership with Mari’s Gardens in Mililani. Throughout the year, Chef Hazama has featured different farms bi-monthly. This time, he’s partnering with Sous Chef Ryan Brannigan to produce a “Best of Fanta-Sea” collaboration dinner on Dec. 16 at Azure.

Travellers are invited to The Royal Hawaiian’s Fanta-Sea Farmer’s Market beginning at 10 a.m. Dec. 17. A $30 admission (kids 12 and under are free, but no gift bag) includes gift bag (a reusable tote bag with items from Farmer’s Market farms), Ahi poke cup tasting, validated self-parking.
Plus, Santa will make an appearance, and everyone will be able to enjoy the holiday décor at The Royal, which will include a Royal Replica in gingerbread.
