In Edmonton on Dec. 9 and Calgary on Dec. 16, travel industry suppliers made surprise visits to agencies – including branches of AMA Travel, Flight Centre, Marlin Travel, Co-op Travel, Travel Gurus, Sears Travel Cruise Ship Centers, Crowfoot Travel and Travel Time – and among other things singing Christmas carols, with some lyrics replaced with their own travel versions. It has become a yearly tradition in Alberta.
