The Tech Concierge will troubleshoot problems on site so that guests may spend more time enjoying the Mexican sun and less time struggling with tech problems they may encounter while travelling.
The Tech Concierge can help with everything from resizing files and fixing international computer or phone problems to connecting devices and printing needed docs and more.
The Tech Concierge service is available at Casa Velas, Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, Grand Velas Riviera Maya and Velas Vallarta. All-inclusive rates also include luxury suite accommodations, a la carte gourmet meals at a variety of specialty restaurants, premium branded beverages, 24-hour in-suite service, fitness centre, taxes, gratuity and more.
Nightly rates start at $393 at Grand Velas Riviera Maya, $333 at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, $190 at Casa Velas and $147 at Velas Vallarta. Rates are per person per night, based on double occupancy.
