Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives are not only committed to its responsibility towards guests but also to its employees and especially to the community of Aruba. This is evidenced through the resorts’ work with its Divi Impact Foundation which provides team members and guests the opportunity to give back to the community through a pay cheque donation program (for employees) and one dollar a day program (for guests).

The Divi Impact Foundation has raised over $400,000 since 2019, with funds going directly back to the greater Aruba community, benefiting causes ranging from local schools, scholarship programs, food drives, green initiatives, arts and culture programming and more.
