DoubleTree by Hilton Zanzibar Now Open
Hilton Worldwide and DoubleTree by Hilton has announced the opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Zanzibar – Stone Town, located 64 km off the coast of mainland Tanzania.
Nestled in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Stone Town, the 58-room hotel offers a perfect base from which to experience the enchanting Island of Zanzibar. The hotel marks the brand’s third hotel to open in the country.

Double Tree by Hilton Zanzibar – Stone Town features a selection of 58 rooms, 13 deluxe, one accessible, 41 standard rooms, and three one-bedroom suites, all decorated with traditionally hand-carved furniture and featuring 40-inch TVs and ergonomic desks.
Hotel amenities include eight versatile meeting rooms and breakout spaces and business centre. Complimentary WiFi is available in guest rooms.
To mark the opening, the hotel is offering a “Summer Sale” promotion, offering savings up to 33% on the best available rate for stays completed through Sept. 31.
