Ensemble recognizes excellence

The Ensemble Travel Group celebrated its top 25 producers in Canada and the U.S. recently aboard the Azamara Quest as it sailed the Mediterranean. Sailing from Nice to Rome, the group of 130 included Ensemble’s top producing members, sponsoring suppliers, and guests. Ensemble Travel Group co-president Lindsay Pearlman said: “This annual event honours your achievement and is our way of thanking you for your continued commitment to Ensemble and to excellence.” Edie Bornstein, senior vice-president of sales and marketing for Azamara Cruises, observed: “Your dedication, collaboration and leadership make you critical to the success of our team and our brand. We are thrilled to host this very special event for the top producers of Ensemble Travel Group.” Those on board also had a chance to discuss industry trends, economic impacts and the strategic direction of the organization with Pearlman and co-president Libbie Rice. Rice pointed out to the group that: “We are seeing the benefits of our unique North American structure come to fruition. We’ve been slowly but successfully evolving our strategy, leveraging the strengths of both countries and fine-tuning the Ensemble value proposition. We’ve added bench strength in our membership services department on both sides of the border and, even during an economically challenging year, we have been able to help our members become more profitable.” Caption: Ensemble’s Top 25 producers gather onboard the Azamara Quest in Livorno, Italy.
