Ensemble has announced Century Cruises as its newest Preferred Partner, bringing one of Asia’s most acclaimed river cruise companies into its growing network of luxury travel offerings.

As part of its global expansion, Century Cruises is proud to announce strategic partnerships that will enhance its Central Reservation System (CRS). These collaborations will enable seamless API integration into travel partner distribution channels, allowing bookings in multiple currencies—including CAD—for greater flexibility and ease for Canadian Residents.

Century Cruises has also signed a lease for its new Americas headquarters in Sunrise, Florida, which will serve as the hub for sales, marketing, and guest services. The facility will feature a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and state-of-the-art phone systems to ensure exceptional service and streamlined communication with travel partners.

The reservations department is set to open and begin supporting travel partners in the second week of July 2025.
