Envoyage names Justin Clarey as Member Support Leader

Envoyage Canada has named Justin Clarey as Member Support Leader, bringing a familiar face and trusted industry relationship to the role of supporting advisors across the network.

Clarey joins Envoyage from Transat Holidays, where he most recently served as an Account Manager. Prior to moving into supplier sales, he worked as an independent travel advisor, giving him firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges that come with building a successful travel business.

As Member Support Leader, Clarey will oversee Envoyage Canada’s Operations team, leading the day-to-day member support, operational systems and processes, and the delivery of key advisor events.

He will also sit on the Canadian Leadership Team, helping shape the overall member experience across the network.

Gail Banack, Vice President & General Manager, Envoyage Canada, said Clarey’s industry experience and the strong relationships he has built with advisors make him a natural fit for the role.

Said Banack: “Community has always been at the heart of Envoyage, and Justin already feels like part of our community. Many of our members know him, trust him and have worked with him throughout his career. Bringing someone into this role who already has those relationships and genuinely cares about helping advisors was incredibly important to us.”

Commenting on his appointment, Clarey said: “I’ve been fortunate to see this industry from a few different perspectives, as a travel advisor, working alongside advisors as a BDM, and now joining Envoyage.”

And he continued: “Throughout each role, one thing has always stood out to me: having the right people behind you makes all the difference. I’m excited to work with our operations team to deliver the support our members rely on every day and continue building the strong sense of community that makes Envoyage special.”
