Eurostar is partnering with Meredith Pillon Marketing Communications (MPMC) to raise visibility in the US for the high-speed passenger rail service linking the UK with mainland Europe including a new service to the Netherlands which is planned for Spring 2018.
Eurostar operates around 30 services a day from the UK to the continent, on new state-of-the-art trains from London to Paris, Brussels, Lille, Disneyland Paris, Lyon, Avignon and Marseille. Passengers benefit from a seamless journey without time wasted on travel to and waiting at airports. Journey times are from one hour and 20 minutes to Lille, two hours to Brussels and two hours and 15 minutes to Paris with free WiFi, ergonomic seats and a range of perks on board.
All this is good news for Americans who count Europe as their most popular international destination, after Canada and Mexico. Travel experts are forecasting a strong year for the Continent after a particularly robust 2017.
In 2018, Eurostar will launch a new service to Amsterdam and Rotterdam. The launch is planned for the spring 2018, with the new route eliminating hours of airport time and taking travellers to central train stations in the heart of the cities.
