Flair Airlines expands its relationship with Elavon

Flair Airlines is expanding its relationship with Elavon, adopting Elavon’s managed chargeback services across Flair’s payments environment.
Sumanth Rao, Chief Financial Officer of Flair Airlines, said that: “Effective chargeback management is an important part of maintaining a strong and reliable payments environment.”
And Rao continued: “Expanding our relationship with Elavon helps strengthen our approach to dispute management, improve operational efficiency, and support a more resilient payments experience long term.”
The airline said that the expanded relationship supports its continued focus on operational efficiency, customer experience, and long-term business resilience as the airline grows its network and customer base.
Elavon will provide comprehensive dispute and chargeback management services across multiple payment acquirers, helping streamline processes, improve consistency, and strengthen Flair’s ability to manage disputes efficiently and in accordance with evolving industry and card network standards.
Prior to the expanded engagement, Elavon worked closely with Flair Airlines to help reduce fraud and chargeback exposure through proactive operational guidance and dispute management support. That collaboration contributed to lower chargeback volumes, stronger dispute defense outcomes, and improved alignment with industry best practices.
Brett Turner, Head of Global Airlines Acquiring at Elavon, explained that: “Elavon’s chargeback management services help merchants navigate an increasingly complex dispute and fraud landscape.”
And Turner added: “We’re proud to deepen our relationship with Flair Airlines and support its continued growth with comprehensive dispute management services across multiple acquirers.”
The expanded relationship reflects Flair’s continued investment in scalable systems and partnerships that support the airline’s long-term growth.
