American Express Global Business Travel (GBT) has successfully completed the acquisition of Hogg Robinson Group plc (HRG), a global B2B services company specializing in travel management.
The combined group is expected to offer clients and travellers a wider range of products and services, bringing together the best of both businesses including technology, people and a comprehensive geographic footprint.

American Express GBT will seek to accelerate growth by utilizing the complementary footprints of each company and leveraging existing infrastructure and technology capabilities. The HRG brand will remain in place as the integration process begins.
