Agents are invited to learn how to navigate and book via the Rail Europe travel agent web site during upcoming live online training sessions. Rail Europe’s sales team will show participants where to find answers to product related inquiries while creating sample bookings. Agents will also be able to interact with staff and ask questions. In addition, Rail Europe is offering the following specialty sessions co-hosted with rail partners and tourist boards: Eurostar on Nov. 11; German National Tourist Office on Nov. 12; Spanish Tourist Office on Nov. 20; and Swiss Travel Systems & Switzerland Tourism on Dec. 10.
