Globus Reports That ‘Guided Is The Way To Go’
Globus is reporting record-breaking growth across its farthest-flung touring destinations. In fact, 90% of its 2025 departures to exotic destinations are already guaranteed to operate – a clear signal of demand and a call-to-action for travel advisors to act fast and earn big.
Asia is leading the surge, with sales up more than 35% over this time last year, thanks to nearly 60 itineraries and new immersive offerings in China (including the Yangtze River), South Korea, Laos and Indonesia (Bali and Java). These destinations join fan-favourites like Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, India and Nepal, giving travel advisors a wide canvas of high-commission opportunities for their clients.
Meanwhile, demand across the South Pacific is up 10% for Globus, with 35 itineraries, and Africa is climbing to 10% growth with 32 immersive tours and South America is up 3% including top-performing Small Group Discovery tours that are redefining the art – and profitability – of exotic touring.
Denise Harper, managing director of sales, Globus family of brands – Canada, observes that: “For Canadian travellers eager to explore the far corners of the globe, touring makes all the difference.”
Harper continues: “Whether it’s navigating cultural nuances, skipping the stress of logistics or simply making the most of each moment, guided vacations are the key to unlocking richer, more rewarding travel experiences. And for our advisor partners, that means bigger bookings, happier clients and commissions that truly pay off.”
