Globus set to inaugurate French-language tours

The Globus family of brands has announced that for the first time in its 80-year history it will be offering European tours for French-speaking vacationers. There will be four departures offered, ranging from eight to 12 days. Like all Globus tours, they will include the services of an expert Tour Director; accommodation in First Class or Superior First Class hotels, all breakfasts and some dinners and extensive local sightseeing. The itineraries comprise the 11-day Essential Europe (departing July 8); the eight-day Normandy, Brittany and Château Country tour (departing Sept. 1); the 12-day Essential Britain (departing June 30); and the 11-day Best of Italy, combining Rome with Venice, Florence, Pompeii and more (departing June 6). “These tours have been hand-picked for their diversity and wonderful overviews of each of the regions we visit,”says managing director Stéphanie Bishop. “And we cannot wait to introduce them to our francophone clients.”The tours will be marketed exclusively in French Canada. To make the tours even more tempting, Globus is offering a $250 discount off when booking any itinerary air-inclusive tour (which include airport transfers in Europe) by Feb. 14.
