Canadian travel agents can go back to school with Club Med which has launched its interactive e-learning tool, Club Med University — a platform that it created to train, engage and reward travel advisors for becoming Club Med Specialists.
With the travel industry beginning to recover, Club Med notes that Canadians are eager to explore the world again and Club Med University equips travel agents with the necessary tools to become experts on the brand and in turn help Canadians plan their long-awaited dream getaways.
Advisors attending Club Med University are provided with extensive online training that can be accessed when it’s convenient for them and with modules that they can complete at their own pace.
Agents can use the platform to learn about Club Med’s portfolio of resorts, full product offerings, all-inclusive formula and new booking engine, among other key brand learnings.
Enrolment in Club Med University is free for validated agents; with advisors receiving loyalty points for every completed course, which will be redeemable for various perks including complimentary stays.
After five completed courses, advisors will be designated with the Club Med Specialist Certification.
Once certified, agents will be entered into a draw for a chance to win two complimentary stays at a Club Med resort or a selection of gift cards.
Successful advisors will also have the opportunity to participate in Club Med familiarization trips and get firsthand experience at one of the brand’s collection of global properties.
