Goway introduces Madagascar cruise

Goway’s AFRICAExperts has launched a unique cruising opportunity to Madagascar. “Tourism in Madagascar is relatively underdeveloped, so a cruise is the perfect way to explore Madagascar for those who want to experience this unique destination in comfort,”says Moira Smith, general manager, Goway AFRICAExperts. The 17-day Indian Ocean Voyage starts in Mauritius and ends in Cape Town with a week exploring Madagascar. The specially built MS Bremen was created to provide intensive exploration in the most elegant surroundings for a maximum of 164 guests. It has shallow drafts, which allow the ship to enter waters larger cruise vessels cannot reach. Guests explore in zodiacs with only 10-12 guests. Onboard experts include a team of experienced scientists, expedition leaders and specialists who guide landings and offer guests the rare opportunity to observe plant and animal life up close. The 17-day Indian Ocean Voyage departs from Mauritius on Dec. 1 with rates starting at $7,020. For more, e-mail [email protected] .
