Eight categories are featured on the site: Groups; Manage My Booking; Marketing Tools; New Reservations via POLAR Online; News; Promotions (latest offers, including appreciation fares and destination-specific offers); Sales Tools; and Training (subjects covered include an introduction to premium cruising, a sales primer, identifying Holland America Line and cruise prospects, an overview of destinations and available sales support, building groups and writing a marketing plan).
