How To Walk Your Way To Utah

The Utah Office of Tourism has launched its latest incentive & educational program for its travel trade partners — Visit Utah’s “Walker Tracker.”

Between October 15 and December 18, 2020 using Visit Utah’s Walker Tracker App & Map-based challenge program, participants will literally be able to walk their way around the state virtually.

Users can participate as an individual through Utah’s individual challenge or as a team of up to four (4) travel industry or travel media colleagues.

Or, users can do both.

Simply register at .

Participants in the challenge will find that as they cross kilometre milestones, they will also get an in-depth understanding of points of interest in Utah along the way. To complete the Visit Utah Walker Tracker challenge, participants must average 6,000 steps per day to get to the finish line in the required time.

But not to worry, this is a completion challenge, not a race.

Each person that completes the Visit Utah Challenge — whether walking singularly or as part of a team — will be entered into Utah’s draw.

At the end of the challenge four lucky (individual) walkers from Canada will win their way to Visit Utah once international travel reopens and it can be done safely at some point in 2021.

This famil prize package will be offered courtesy of the Utah Office of Tourism along with air partners Air Canada.

The prize package will include at minimum 6 nights of accommodation, some meals, activities, attractions and transportation.

Air Canada will provide our Canadian winners with return economy airfare to Las Vegas, Nevada from the winner’s closest Air Canada serviced port.

Special conditions apply.

Prize package is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and has no cash value.

And don’t miss the upcoming webinar session hosted by Corey Marshall, account director for Utah, and Taylor Welsh of Walker Tracker.

The two will be hosting a How to “Walker Tracker” Utah Webinar Session on Tues., Oct. 13 at 4 pm EST.
