New and improved features include:
- Interactive Maps and Destination Areas – Users can learn more about the destinations Insight takes travellers to, view trips that visit a destination of interest, or save a destination to their “Favourites” for future reference.
- Inspirational Search – A new experiential “Inspire Me” search experience allows users to discover trips based on their interests instead of only traditional methods of filtering by destination and price. This creates opportunities for users to discover new destinations and itineraries for their consideration.
- User Accounts, Newly Built Forum and Community Platform – A personalized “My Insight” section features user curated “Wish lists” and social media log-in for interaction opportunities with the “Community” and other social platforms.
- Redesigned Agent Portal – Based on agent feedback, a new layout and interface has been developed to improve the user experience for information discovery and trip bookings.
