InterContinental Salutes TIFF
Throughout TIFF 2017, Azure Restaurant & Bar at the InterContinental Toronto Centre will be offering guests a stylish TIFF touch by serving the festive cocktail, A Toast to TIFF.
The cocktail was designed to be an easy-to-make, at home treat for movie-goers who may not have the time to catch a TIFF flick (see recipe below).
TIFF runs from Sept. 7-17.
A Toast to TIFF recipe: Grand Marnier – 1 oz., Campari – 1/2 oz., sparkling wine (Kew from Niagara) – 3 oz., garnish – orange wedge, glass – wine. Method: Put ice cubes in a wine glass, add sparkling wine, Grand Marnier and Campari. Stir all ingredients together and garnish with orange.
