To celebrate Flight Centre’s Adventure Month, it has teamed up with Intrepid Travel to introduced a new Trek Pass that will give adventure seekers the opportunity to save big on four of the most popular trekking routes on earth.

With the Trek Pass, travellers who commit to hiking the Inca Trail in Peru, Mt. Kinabalu in Borneo and Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, will receive a fourth trek to Everest Base Camp in Nepal for free. Travellers will have 3 years to complete the four summits and must take their free trip last.

The Trek Pass was created specifically for outdoor enthusiasts looking to not only save money but to commit to some of the world’s top adventures.

Leigh Barnes, vice-president of Intrepid Travel in North America, said: “As an avid trekker myself I’ll be the first to admit this type of travel is infectious” said. “Once you summit your first mountain you’re hooked. This new trek pass is not only great value but a way for clients to set an achievable goal and conquer some of the world’s most iconic peaks.”

This marks the first time that Intrepid Travel and Flight Centre Canada have partnered on this type of incentive. Flight Centre notes that the feedback from clients has been extremely positive.

Flight Centre retail marketing leader, Aaron Stubbings points out that: “Adventure travel is an area where we’re seeing huge demand, particularly with trekking and hiking. We are thrilled to be able to partner with Intrepid Travel and offer our clients these destinations in a very feasible way.”

The Trek Pass will be available exclusively through Flight Centre Canada until March 31, 2016 and is valid for travel until Feb. 1, 2019.
