The new system will connect Intrepid’s North American sales office in Toronto and Petaluma, California, with regional sales teams in London and Melbourne.
This will allow agents to reach out directly to a reservations agent for client bookings or questions on over 1,500 Intrepid Group itineraries around the world.
Creating a global system will allow agents to service client requests at all hours of the day and significantly reduce call wait times.
The Intrepid Group has also added a Live Chat to their site that will be serviced by a North American Digital Sales team.
The Live Chat feature is currently available for the Intrepid Travel brand and will create a direct two-way communication between the reservations team and travel agents.
