It’s a ‘Radar Rendezvous’ for agents with TourRadar

TourRadar has launched Radar Rendezvous, a booking incentive program that will send the five travel agents with the most booked passengers in Q1 to South Africa on an expenses-paid adventure.

Radar Rendezvous runs from Jan. 16 to March 22, 2024 and is designed to reward agents for booking TourRadar adventures during this period. Each booked passenger, regardless of the destination, earns one point. However, bonus points elevate the stakes:

  • Each passenger with at least one overnight stay in South Africa or travelling with participating operator ATC (Member of TUI Group) counts as two points.
  • Attendance at the Radar Rendezvous webinar on Feb. 8, at 1 pm EST, earns a travel agent an additional point towards their total.

A South African adventure awaits

The five agents with the most points over this 10-week period will secure their spot on the South African adventure.

TourRadar invites all travel agents to seize this opportunity, register for the webinar, generate bookings with TourRadar, and earn their spot on a truly transformative journey.

TourRadar’s senior partnerships manager, Gawthami Kathireson, who oversees the Radar Rendezvous program, explained: “It’s not just a vacation and it’s much, much more than a FAM trip. It’s an experience that promises to turn our top agents into South Africa experts, and also experts in TourRadar and the organized adventure experience. We had a record year from our agents in 2023, and this program is a small gesture of our thanks.”

The expenses-paid adventure includes international and domestic flights and is presented by TourRadar in collaboration with South African Tourism and ATC (Member of TUI Group).

The journey commences in Cape Town, explores Hermanus’s whale-rich coasts, and ventures to unique locations like Arniston, Oudtshoorn, and Wellington for distinct experiences. A flight north leads to Johannesburg, featuring a poignant visit to the Apartheid Museum.

The adventure concludes with a two-night stay at a safari lodge in Kruger National Park, providing ample opportunities to witness the Big Five on multiple safari drives with expert naturalist guides.
