MIAT EXPANDS CHINA OFFERINGS

MIAT Mongolian Airlines launched its second route to China last month with the introduction of three flights per week from Ulaanbaatar (ULN) to Erenhot (ERL), located close to the Mongolian border. At just 644 km, this is the airline’s shortest route and is flown by one of the airline’s two 737-800s. The carrier also operates three 767-300s. MIAT currently operates scheduled flights to eight destinations: Beijing, Berlin Tegel, Hong Kong, Moscow Sheremetyevo, Osaka Kansai, Seoul Incheon, Tokyo Narita, and now Erenhot.
