Monograms Unveils 2020 Locally Hosted Vacations

Monograms is expanding its diverse vacation portfolio with eight new vacations in 2020 to such exotic destinations as China, Peru, the Galápagos, Argentina, Chile, Guatemala and even Antarctica.

“Monograms is perfect for the independent traveller who wants all of the details taken care of ahead of time – as well as during their vacation,” says Stéphanie Bishop of the Globus family of brands, Monograms parent company. “Not only do you save countless hours of research, but you receive private guided sightseeing in each city as well as VIP access to must-see landmarks.”

The Monograms Local Host in each destination is, she adds, an invaluable resource for sightseeing, dining and shopping suggestions – and to smooth our any wrinkles that may occur.

In addition to the on-site services of a Local Host, Monograms offers a choice of hotels in centrally located neighbourhoods and transportation between cities and countries. As part of every Monograms itinerary, travellers also enjoy included sightseeing and a choice of optional excursions.

Excursions include everything from city sightseeing to off-the-beaten-path adventures such as taking a chairlift to the peak of Cerro Campanario for panoramic views of the Andes Mountains; entering Peru’s legendary Machu Picchu (pictured) – and all its glory – at sunrise; hiking through Tierra del Fuego National Park in Antarctica and or something as fun and novel as partaking in a noodle-making demonstration in Xi’an.

“We take away any anxiety or concern about travel and replace it with the freedom to enjoy your vacation, knowing you are in the best of expert hands,” says Bishop. “Plus with our expanded choice of itineraries – notably to Peru – there’s an exotic tour waiting for almost every traveller out there.”

Monograms is growing its exotic travel portfolio for 2020 with eight new locally hosted vacations. They are: Asia, Heart of China & the Yangtze River (12 days); South America, Peru: A Luxury Adventure (nine days); Exploring Darwin’s Galápagos (nine days);

Argentina & Chile’s Lake District (nine days); Andean Journey (11 days); Voyage to Antarctica (11 days), including a luxury expedition cruise aboard the Ocean Atlantic with expedition staff, naturalists and scientists; Best of Guatemala & Costa Rica (12 days); Peru’s Amazon & the Andes (14 days).

Those booking by Sept. 9 can save 15% on select 2020 Monograms South America vacations.
