Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has launched its biggest sale of the year, the “Ultimate Freesome,” giving guests the opportunity to save more than $1,000 when they book a new cruise reservation on Norwegian Getaway or Norwegian Breakaway from Feb. 27 through March 10.

Guests who book a balcony or a mini-suite stateroom will receive a free Ultimate Dining Package; and guests who book a suite will receive a free Ultimate Dining Package, plus a free Ultimate Beverage Package. In addition, all new reservations will enjoy free balcony upgrades and receive an e-coupon book valued at more than $300 in onboard savings.

“The Ultimate Freesome gives our guests the unique chance to enjoy an all-inclusive cruise experience,” said Kevin Sheehan, NCL’s chief executive officer. “Our Ultimate Dining and Beverage Packages have proven very popular with our guests, and now, guests can take advantage of these two incredible packages while cruising on board our two newest ships.”

Guests who take advantage of this offer can enjoy their complimentary Ultimate Dining and Ultimate Beverage packages on board Miami’s Ultimate Ship, Norwegian Getaway, from April 19 through Sept. 27 or on board the ship that brings the best of NYC out to sea, Norwegian Breakaway, on all sailings from April 20 to Sept. 28.

Norwegian’s Ultimate Dining Package, valued at $238 per stateroom, gives guests the opportunity to have a taste of something deliciously new every night of their cruise when they experience the array of specialty restaurants found on board Norwegian Breakaway and Norwegian Getaway. The Ultimate Beverage Package, valued at approximately $788 per stateroom, includes a variety of spirits and cocktails, draft or bottled beer and a wide selection of wine, as well as unlimited fountain sodas and juices at all bars, lounges, restaurants and on Great Stirrup Cay.

Norwegian Getaway made its debut in its year-round home port of Miami on Feb. 8 and is now setting sail on seven-day cruises to the Eastern Caribbean, with ports of call including Philipsburg, St. Maarten; St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; and Nassau, Bahamas.

Guests sailing from the Big Apple can set sail on board Norwegian Breakaway, Norwegian Getaway’s sister-ship. Breakaway is currently sailing seven-day cruises to the Bahamas and Florida, through April 27, visiting destinations including Port Canaveral (Orlando and Beaches), Florida; Nassau, Bahamas; and Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas, Norwegian’s own private island. Beginning on May 4, Norwegian Breakaway sails to Bermuda for the summer and early fall with itineraries including three full days on the island.
