New campaign wants visitors to “Live More Floridays”

VISIT FLORIDA has announced a campaign titled, “Live More Floridays,” inviting travellers to experience the Sunshine State through a fresh lens. Created in partnership with Margaritaville and inspired by singer Jimmy Buffett’s legendary laid-back lifestyle, the campaign features Grammy-winning artist Mac McAnally with a reimagined version of Buffett’s classic song “Floridays.”
As a longtime member of Buffett’s Coral Reefer Band, McAnally brings the campaign’s spirit to life, “blending warm breezes, easygoing moments, and authentic local adventures into a soundtrack that captures ‘The Florida Feeling.”
From swimming with manatees in Crystal River and diving into prehistoric springs at Devil’s Den in Williston, to exploring the colourful streets and world-class art of St. Pete, horseback riding on the beaches of Amelia Island, or shelling on Sanibel Island, the campaign invites travellers to rediscover Florida through fresh eyes.
“Live More Floridays” highlights the hidden gems and authentic local experiences that reveal Florida’s natural beauty, creativity, and laid-back coastal spirit.
Brett Laiken, chief marketing officer of VISIT FLORIDA, stated “Florida isn’t just a vacation state, it’s a vacation state of mind. It’s where travellers can tap into ‘The Florida Feeling,’ that perfect blend of laid-back bliss and exciting discovery. This campaign brings that spirit to life, reminding people that beyond the beaches and theme parks, Florida is full of unexpected moments that make you feel free, inspired and completely yourself. It’s an open invitation to experience more, and to return home feeling better than when you arrived.”
