New Tahiti Packages Say Welcome To Canadians

The Islands of Tahiti are welcoming Canadian visitors with new seasonal offers.

Maeva, meaning “welcome” in the Tahitian language, is the theme of a newly launched campaign welcoming travellers with value-added packages to boost low season visitation to The Islands of Tahiti.

Launching with a slew of different vacation packages available across seven different islands, these limited-time travel deals available for booking from Canada are designed for every vacation desire, whether to relax and disconnect, or explore the culture and adventure that The Islands of Tahiti have to offer.

From an immersion in the Marquesas Islands to a 10-day escape spanning the Society and Tuamotu Islands, to stays in iconic Bora Bora overwater bungalows – which originated in The Islands of Tahiti over 50 years ago and provide a measure of privacy over traditional hotel rooms, while offering easy access to the tropical water – travellers will have access to the vacation of their dreams, whatever that might be.

Kristin Carlson, Tahiti Tourisme North America Managing Director, said that: “The Islands of Tahiti are open and we look forward to welcoming Canadian visitors this winter and spring season. We know consumers are seeking additional incentives to travel now and these sales offer great prices and added value, particularly with the option to include airfare. It’s just another way we are saying ‘welcome’ and encouraging them to book that much-needed vacation to The Islands of Tahiti.”

This communication campaign is part of a unifying strategy involving various sectors of the tourism industry including the airline partners (international and domestic), hotels, and resorts, which are all prepared to apply exceptional conditions to the tour operators with whom they collaborate.

This special offer campaign is designed to support the low season 2022 with the promotion of very attractive stays including half-board on the islands, bookable now through March 31, 2022, for stays until April 30, 2022.
