Niagara Hosts Snow Globe Soirée

Wine enthusiasts and foodies are buzzing about an all-new pop-up experience coming to Niagara Falls this winter that blends Niagara’s world-class wines, wine country cuisine and one of the globe’s most spectacular views with one of the hottest dining trends on the planet.

The Snow Globe Soirée, which runs from Jan. 16 through Feb. 16, invites diners to step inside their very own clear dining dome set atop Niagara Falls to enjoy a three-course meal prepared by one of Niagara’s top chefs paired with a selection of Niagara VQA wines.

The Snow Globe Soirée Domed Dining Village will be comprised of 10 clear, heated dining domes set along the Niagara Parks’ promenade overlooking the illuminated American and Canadian Horseshoe Falls. The Snow Globes will offer diners a stunning view of Niagara Falls, complete with twinkling lights, faux fur blankets and a Snow Globe Concierge.

The Village will also feature a Snow Globe Wine Lounge, where diners can enjoy pre- and post-dinner wine while mingling with other Snow Globe Soirée guests.

Two Snow Globe Soirée dinner seatings, starting at $175 per person, will be offered nightly Thursday through Sunday evenings from Jan. 16 through Feb. 16. Dining domes are purchased as a group of six, which includes a three-course meal and two bottles of premium VQA wine, served inside your personal dome overlooking the Falls.

“Enjoy some of Niagara Parks’ most spectacular views of the ‘frozen’ falls, a delicious three-course meal and the best of Niagara VQA wine – all from the comfort of your own heated dining dome. The Snow Globe Soirée in Niagara Parks is the perfect addition to this year’s Niagara Icewine Festival,” said Niagara Parks chair Sandie Bellows.

The Snow Globe Soirée is a reservation-only dining experience with limited seating. Tickets officially go on sale beginning Dec. 4.
